Fully automatic mask production line, also known as one tow three mask production line, consists of one mask body machine and three ear band welding machines. It can produce 160-180 complete flat masks per minute with mask specifications: 175 X 95 mm three-layer non-woven flat filtered masks. Compared with the single stand-alone mask manufacturing machine, automatic conveyor and connection port are added. This unique design not only improves production efficiency and reduces labor cost, but also aims to minimize manual involvement and reduce the risk of contamination of masks during the production process.
This line is a fully automatic one-two-three mask machine, with one body machine driving three ear belt machines. After the body machine outputs the mask body, the conveyor belt structure transports the mask body piece to the flip mechanism, through the flip mechanism the mask tray is turned over to the conveyor belt connected to the ear belt machine, then the mask piece is transported to the first mask tray above the front side of the ear belt machine through the conveyor belt, and finally the mask piece is placed into the mask tray of the ear belt machine by the downward pressure of the cylinder, and then the ear belt machine completes the ear belt fusion and edge wrapping of the mask. Then the earband machine will finish the earband fusion and hemming of the mask, thus completing the production of an earband mask.
