Access to and use of EngineeringDL website is subject of this Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. BY ACCESSING WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS OF USE.

EngineeringDL may modify these Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion. When such modification is made, EngineeringDL will post a revised version of these Terms of Use on the page. Modifications will be effective when they are posted. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use. Continued use of EngineeringDL after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. EngineeringDL does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to these Terms of Use.
Use of downloaded materials
All of the downloadable resources available in EngineeringDL catalog may be used free in your own or reference to commercial projects. Downloaded resources may not be sold individually or provided for free to another parties.
Uploading Engineering Projects and Copyright Policy
By uploading your 3D model to EngineeringDL catalog you agree, that all users will get the right to download and use it in accordance with this Terms of Use.
You must use the EngineeringDL products and services for lawful purpose only. You must not post or transmit via the EngineeringDL website any material which violates or infringes in any way the rights of others.
EngineeringDL does not own, does not possess the rights and does not sell the Engineering Projects uploaded by EngineeringDL users. EngineeringDL provides service for Engineering Projects sharing only, and not responsible for any breach of copyrights or misuse between the registered users of website. Any uploaded 3D model will be deleted at request of the owner immediately.
Users of EngineeringDL are liable and warranted that all uploaded Engineering Projects are their property and they do not infringe any copyrights. EngineeringDL keeps complete user information (such as Name, Mail Address and E-Mail) and will provide this information to any another parties for copyright verification purposes at their request. Any uploaded 3D model will be deleted from our catalog at request of the legal owner of 3D model. If you found that your 3D model was uploaded illegally into EngineeringDL catalog, please Contact Us immediately, and we will remove your 3D model within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
Because our system is a digital download system, so after you download, refund will no longer applied
If you are not 100% satisfied with your download, within 1 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund credit to your account the cost of your order, and you can use it to download another Project.
Registered Users Duties and Rights
Do not tell your registration details to anyone. EngineeringDL services are available to you on a strictly individual basis. Disclosure of your registration details giving EngineeringDL grounds to fully terminate your account.
Limitation of Liability
Your access to and use of EngineeringDL is at your own risk. EngineeringDL will not be liable for any damage, loss or disclosure of information, data, revenue, accounts or business that occurs in connection with your use of EngineeringDL . The software, materials and related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. EngineeringDL does not give any warranties about the condition, suitability, reliability, availability, completeness, security, timeliness or accuracy of the information, software, Engineering Projects, images other products and services contained in EngineeringDL for any purpose.
