The model is a carbon steel high-speed carton divider conveyor, used in carton conveying, a kind of conveying equipment to divert the carton. The case splitter consists of drive group, guide group, follower group and other mechanisms. The box splitter usually carries out shunting conveyor for the products after boxing according to the specific conveying track. Compared with other diversion conveyors, the box splitter has the features of more accurate box splitting, no damage to products and faster speed.
The box dividing conveyor adopts non-standard conveying medium as the conveyor belt. Compared with ordinary conveyors, the split box conveyor requires higher precision for the conveyor belt. It is usually 1.5-2.0 times of common conveyor belt.
Split box conveyor frame can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel material. The surface of the carbon steel parts are made of rust-proof baking paint or plastic spraying treatment.
