Universal cylindrical grinding machine designed in SOLIDWORKS 2010 with complete parts and assembly drawings, drawings with feature data. The universal cylindrical grinding machine is a grinding machine for cylindrical, conical, or other shapes with plain line spread outer surfaces and shaft shoulder end faces. The workpiece is supported between the two centers of the headstock and tailstock, and is driven by the dial of the headstock to rotate in a circular feeding motion. The headstock and tailstock are mounted on a table for longitudinal reciprocating feed motion (see Machine Tools). The table is divided into two levels, and the upper table can be adjusted by a small angle to grind conical surfaces.
Universal cylindrical grinding machine: The grinding wheel holder is equipped with an internal grinding attachment, and both the grinding wheel holder and the headstock can be adjusted at an angle around the vertical axis, and the spindle can be rotated in addition to the dial on the headstock. The grinding machine can expand the processing range and can grind internal bores and internal and external taper surfaces with large taper, which is suitable for small and medium batches and single-piece production.
