Process
1??Manually send the PCB board frame (with PCB) to the lower Conveyor
2??Conveyor transfer frame to the end conveyor area
3??Sensor get signal and PLC establish communication, if there is no board feeding in Loader device, the frame will LOAD to Loader
4??Loader adopts screw drive, servo motor control screw up and cylinder control push board, complete the PCB board push (PLC control)
5, to all the board push out, in the storage area will be free to recycle the board box (no Sensor in the storage area to determine whether there is a board box, is human to HMI control interface to determine whether there is, and then MES or machine to send a signal to the PLC control)
