Multi-functional solar cell laser scribing machine uses machine vision servo-controlled laser to re-cut broken silicon wafers into usable silicon wafers, improving the utilization rate of broken silicon wafers. There are two loading and unloading devices, which are located at the two ends of the middle plate of the frame, the loading and unloading devices include loading and unloading platform, loading device, swivel arm device and unloading device, the middle table device includes middle working platform, vacuum fixture fixing plate device and single-axis robot, the vacuum fixture fixing plate device is driven by single-axis robot to move back and forth between the two loading and unloading devices. The single-axis robot can move back and forth between the two loading and unloading devices, and the loading and unloading devices move the solar cells in the loading device to the vacuum fixture fixing plate device by rotation and suction cups on it to finish loading, and after the loading is detected by the testing device, the path is planned by the industrial control computer and the laser cutting device is controlled to finish cutting, and finally the cut solar cells are moved to the unloading device by the swivel arm device.
