Inverter Star Delta Starter Cabinet SolidWorks

This is a cooling water tank of my original design. The equipment is designed for cooling purpose and uses water as coolant. The object of cooling is the high temperature object of the extrusion line, and the temperature of the object after cooling should be lower than 42 degrees Celsius. The equipment is installed with 12 cooling universal bamboo cooling water pipes, each cooling water pipe has a flow meter to measure the flow of water, the sizing table is also equipped with three high-pressure water pumps and a storage tank to provide water pressure circulation cooling. The cooling water tank is divided into upper tank and lower tank: the upper tank plays a cooling role, and the lower tank plays the role of temporary storage of water. There is also a wind-blown drying device at the back end of the equipment, the specific structure is composed of cooling wind ring and centrifugal fan. The entire sink part can be adjusted in height, can adjust the distance between the front and back, the left and right direction also has a distance of 0 to 800 mm left and right reciprocal movement.
