This equipment is a set of fully automatic riveting machine model with a very high degree of automation and sophisticated equipment. The equipment is used for the fully automatic riveting of DTB crystallizers. The equipment uses several sets of vibrators of various types (vibrating discs, linear vibrators, etc.), 8- and 12-index dividing discs, corresponding to the sub-sequential work of gaskets, screws, discs, substrates, etc. of the crystallizer, which, after passing through the assembly, enter the riveting station for riveting work until the finished product.
