This set of model is the duct motor double bearing rotor assembly equipment, including rotor oiling, rotor bearing position playing card spring (card spring detection), servo pressure bearing. The rotor enters the machine through the loading chute, the proximity switch toggle mechanism touches, the jacking mechanism lifts the rotor to the oiling roller for oiling, after completion, it enters the lower material chute and flows to the snap spring station, the transfer mechanism loads the rotor to the snap spring tooling, after the snap spring is assembled, it enters the press shaft mechanism, the bearing loading adopts the disc loading machine.
