Bearing thickness measurement review machine technical description:

1. two tapered roller bearings in the bearing sleeve, set the position

2. start the button, the cylinder will extend the upper pressure head to the tapered roller on the plane of the outer ring, the measuring rod contact head, contact to the upper pressure head above.
Measure the thickness of the tapered roller bearing, and the system calculates the thickness of each bearing.

3. Start the stop button, the cylinder is reset, and the motor stops rotating.

4. Install the selected suitable thickness spring on top of the bearing.

5. Press the start button for the second time, the cylinder extends to press the upper indenter to the upper plane of the card spring, and the contact head of the measuring rod touches the upper indenter.
Check whether the thickness of the card spring is suitable, the thickness qualified indicator light is on, the thickness unqualified indicator light is on.
6. Start the stop button for the second time and reset the indenter.

7. Remove the spring, tapered roller bearings, ready to enter the next work cycle
