This set of models for micro-motor manufacturers rotor production line servo press, using 5 tons of servo electric cylinder and 10 tons of pressure sensor design, production process pressure parameters and displacement real-time feedback. During production, the operating staff manually places the pre-pierced shaft rotor on the riveting lower die to start the opening, the lower die is reset and the riveting mechanism is riveted, after completion the electric cylinder is reset and the cylinder pushes the lower die out of the operator to remove the rotor.
