The equipment is used for the inspection of notebook C parts, using a gantry mechanism, double station detection of notebook C inspection size, X, Y axis equipped with a scale.
Using CCD + laser detection, CCD detection plane size, line laser detection height size; line laser scanning when the intelligent detection and its line cross-section perpendicular direction.
The product is fixed with positioning pins on both sides, corresponding to the two sides of the cylinder pressing way fixed; fixed with rotation, pressing cylinder from above to press the product; pressing cylinder pressure head using position avoidance design, avoiding the need for CCD, laser detection position, pressing using limit guide mechanism to ensure the pressure head pressing position.
