This equipment is used in the micro-motor industry rotor assembly production, using products mainly squirrel cage rotor 8042 series rotor specifications. The whole machine adopts more servo mechanism, equipment features, chamfering mechanism to remove the squirrel cage rotor die-casting generated by foreign objects such as flying edge, the use of power head mechanism. At the same time, the rotor shaft storage mechanism has a large storage capacity, while the horizontal mechanism is used to pierce the shaft, and the rotor shaft is pierced into the rotor shaft hole after the rotor is positioned through the pre-pierced shaft. The transfer mechanism adopts linear synchronous transfer and pneumatic structure. The riveting part adopts 5 tons equivalent servo electric cylinder for riveting. The whole machine is controlled in 5s, and the riveting depth and riveting pressure are recorded in real time through the pressure curve.
