Self-Clamping Alignment Pallets SolidWorks
A kind of self-clamping alignment pallet for end plate, the clamping block is opened by the cylinder at the upper feeding position, the cylinder is released after the end plate is put into the pallet, and the clamping block clamps the end plate by spring force. After the work is finished, the cylinder is opened at the down position and the transplanter takes away the end plate. The pallet positioning is set with multiple block adjustment to adapt to different size end plates.
