Plug-in soldering line

1. Adopt the way of over-tin furnace, realize several different styles of PCB over the furnace at the same time.

2. Adopt up and down board walking type.

3. After the product is soldered, the fixture returns to the corresponding position automatically according to the barcode type.

4. No handling action after the plug-in is completed, and the plug-in direction is 90 degrees from the furnace direction.

5. The line body is modularized, i.e., each branch line can be combined at will under the condition that the site is not restricted.

6. The operating foot position has a fixture protection cover to prevent the fixture from being damaged.

7. The plug-in material shelf adopts double-layer design, and the plug-in material box has recycling function.

8. The lighting adopts the overall lampshade type lighting.

9. Add air extraction duct, and integrate into the line body, and adopt spliceable duct.

10. One of the working tables in each group of plug-in line contains a concealable working table, which can realize the dual function of plug-in/execution of tin.

11. Each insertion station has a display indicator card.
