The dust collector adopts the cyclic chamber off-line pulse cleaning method, the cleaning process is to signal the dust cleaning controller, firstly, make the lifting valve of one bag chamber close to cut off the filter airflow of that chamber, then open the pulse valve and spray 0.4~0.6MPa compressed air into the box in a very short time (0.1~0.2 seconds). Compressed air in the box at high speed expansion, so that the high-frequency vibration deformation of the filter bag, coupled with the role of the reverse airflow, so that the dust cake attached to the outer surface of the filter bag deformation off. After the dust is fully settled, the lifting valve opens, and this chamber enters the filtering state again, and avoids the secondary dust generation after blowing and dust removal. After a certain interval of time, the next chamber is cleaned offline, and so on, room by room cycle cleaning.
