This set of mould is a composite mould for connecting electric piece, the drawing includes CAD assembly drawing and parts drawing, UG three-dimensional drawing, the drawing parts are complete and the drawing is standard.

1. The convex die is installed by press-in type, and the convex die is ground flat first and then connected to the pad.

2. The guide sleeve and the guide column are gap fit H7/h6, when pressing in, pay attention to correct the verticality of the guide column, guide sleeve and template; the distance between the fixed end face of the assembled guide column, guide sleeve and the upper and lower die base plane is 1~3mm.

3. the guide pillar and the lower mold seat for the interference fit H7/r6; guide sleeve and the upper mold seat for H7/r6.
