Microcomputer-Controlled Torsion Test Rig 3D Exported
The design uses servo motor and reducer as the driving mechanism, and uses two chucks at the front and rear to clamp the tooling, and installs timing belt pulleys on the tooling to achieve torsion angle testing using the timing belt, while connecting the chucks to the static torque sensor at the end for torque side testing. The equipment can collect and convert data through the controller, and finally draw the relationship between the torsion test curve and the angle of rotation and with the torque. It can test the torsional performance of steel bars, round steel, screws, bolts, etc.
