This equipment is used in the micro-motor industry rotor assembly production, using products mainly DC brushless motor 95 series rotor specifications. The whole machine adopts servo mechanism, equipment characteristics, rotor shaft storage mechanism storage capacity, while the vertical into the shaft mechanism is conducive to the rotor shaft slip into the rotor core, while the pre-piercing mechanism through the cylinder will rotor re-press rotor core, significantly improve the efficiency of the rotor shaft into the shaft hole, reduce equipment operation abnormalities. The transfer mechanism adopts linear synchronous transfer, and the servo module facilitates the adjustment of the machine. The riveting part adopts 5 tons equivalent servo electric cylinder for riveting. The whole machine beat control is 5s, and the riveting depth and riveting pressure are recorded in real time through the pressure curve feedback.
