As the positive and negative pins of LED lamps (corresponding to the long and short pins respectively) must be accurately aligned with the positive and negative pin holes on the circuit board in order to be inserted properly, and manual correction is required after insertion for the next process of assembly. If the positive and negative pins of the LED lamp and the positive and negative pin holes on the circuit board are not accurately calibrated for interpolation and assembly, it is easy to make the positive and negative pins of the LED lamp and the circuit board extrusion and make the positive and negative pins of the LED lamp seriously deformed, greatly improving the scrap rate of LED lamp assembly, and in serious cases, even jamming the production equipment, affecting normal production. The existing LED lamps and lanterns usually use manual distinction between the positive and negative pins of each LED lamp, cut off the remaining length of the LED pins in the foot-cutting machine, and then or manually insert the LED lamps one by one corresponding to the positive and negative pin holes on the circuit board on the circuit board.
