The LCD panel loading machine has automatic demolition stomping mechanism, automatic alignment mechanism, transporting one box of LCD glass to the designated position one box at a time, the robot adopts servo control, there are two robots, one robot is responsible for absorbing glass to the air floating positioning platform, and one robot is responsible for absorbing sponge to the other box.
This structure is used in the production line body of large screen liquid crystal television (LCM). In TV manufacturers, before TV assembly, the LCD glass is mainly fed in boxes, and the LCD glass is stored in the box one piece of glass and one sponge, and one box has 8-15 pieces of glass ranging. When using this mechanism, it can feed 15-20 boxes at one time. The mechanism has automatic stomping mechanism and automatic centering mechanism, which will convey one box of LCD glass to the designated position one box at a time. The robot adopts servo control and has two robots, one robot is responsible for sucking glass to the air floating positioning platform and one robot is responsible for sucking sponge to another box. When a box of LCD glass is finished sucking, the empty box is automatically discharged to the palletizing mechanism, which automatically palletizes 4-5 layers and then automatically discharges. The mechanism is well loaded to meet the working time of 2-3 hours. The mechanism has been successfully used in a large TV assembly workshop in a country.
