The main design principle is that after the small parts are sent out through the vibrating plate, the straight vibration receives the material and continues to send the material at the back end of the straight vibration to carry out a division of the material, because the product needs to stand up when it is discharged, and in the straight vibration only flat discharge, so a rotating structure is added at the back to enable the product to stand up, so that the cylinder can push the product to the bit that needs to be welded. After the small parts are welded to the top of the housing, there is a clamping robot structure to clamp the product down so that the total workflow is completed.
