Design and Simulation of Cotton Stem Shredding Residual Film Recovery Combined Operation Machine [including SW 3D modeling and 7 CAD drawings
In Xinjiang, the wide film planting technology is now commonly used, which generates about 100,000 tons of new film residues every year. The residual film left in the field without timely recycling will cause serious pollution of soil and environment. At the same time, a large amount of straw in the field after autumn has a greater impact on the recovery of residual film, if the machine directly recovers the residual film, which is mixed with too much straw and other debris, the residual film box will be full in a relatively short period of time, affecting the efficiency of the operation, therefore, the recovery of residual film after harvest must first separate the straw from the residual film to be harvested, in order to reduce the impact of ground straw on the machine to harvest the residual film. The cotton straw resource, as an important biomass energy source, has huge production in China, and its separate recovery can also bring certain benefits. In this paper, by analyzing the current domestic and foreign cotton stalk crushing and residual film recycling combine machines, a new model is designed for the actual situation in Xinjiang with some changes to the existing cotton stalk crushing and residual film recycling combine machines. The working principle and structure of the cotton rod crushing and film recovery machine are introduced, and the transmission relationship, cotton rod crushing and film recovery mechanism are also analyzed and explained, and the whole process is summarized.
