Automatic Wire Solder Joint Inspection Machine 3D Exported
After the wire solder joints are soldered and placed on the machine (the jig for automatic soldering and the jig for solder joint inspection are common), the machine automatically starts to detect the barcode of the wire, and after the inspection is completed, it moves to start 2D solder joint solder offset detection (offset left and right and solder joint pulling tin and solder position lacking tin) while 3D detecting the solder volume and height of the solder joints. Using Keenes PLC and imaging system, the inspection data and results can be uploaded to the MES system (in-plant work system) after the inspection is completed.
