Automatic unpacking loading and conveying total assembly-DFM
Automatic unpacking loading conveying, robot locates and grabs the carton and unpacks it, the module bottle to the conveyor line into the main station
The camera on the robot will take pictures of the carton on the pallet to identify the direction of the carton opening, suction cups will suck the carton and place it on the roller transfer line, the blade cuts the tape on the carton, when the carton is transferred to the loading place, the positioning mechanism will position the carton, the suction cups will open the flip side of the carton, the servo pickup robot will pick up and place the glass bottle on the jig assembly line, and the empty carton will flow out after pickup. Requirement :Automatic pick and place of incoming carton, glass bottle pick and place, and automatic collection of empty box Process :Photo identification of carton direction, positioning, automatic pick and place of glass bottle, empty box discharge, incoming material is 7×7 evenly distributed, each feeding 7×1 Sample :pallet size is 1200*1000, carton size is 390*290*143mm, glass bottle 50*126*20
