A complex microwave oven motor automatic assembly line 3D model This complete set of non-standard equipment drawings is designed using SolidWorks 2018 drawings, its main function of the motor and spare parts all assembled and finally to the finished product off the material to achieve unmanned operations.

1. (Only one person is responsible for the whole line operation).

2. The whole line adopts two methods of automatic loading by AGV trolley and automatic loading by vibrating tray (coils, silicon steel body and rotor are automatically loaded by AGV trolley after carrier positioning; the rest of the materials are automatically loaded by vibrating tray).

3. 6 robots are used in the whole line (one each for automatic loading of coils, silicon steel body and rotor, and three for packing).

4. Line beat: 3.5S, theoretical line hour 1028 units/hour.

5. The production line is mainly divided into: intelligent warehouse area, assembly area, testing area, packing area, AGV running area
