Automatic PCB Board Six-Head Labeling Machine SolidWorks, 3D Exported

This is a fully automatic six-headed labeling machine for PCB boards (bare board, unmounted plug-in), which can realize automatic loading, automatic positioning, automatic tearing and labeling preparation, robot with six-headed labeling heads simultaneously absorb six labels and then stick them in the desired position, after which the PCB boards are released in the lower feeder to realize automatic stacking. The whole process does not require manual intervention except for the manual picking up and placing of stacks of PCBs from the top and bottom feeders. The adjustable width belt line can be adapted to different PCB board sizes, and can be connected to other SMT equipment or operate independently, and the upper and lower feeders can be used or not according to needs. The program can control the suction of six labels at the same time, each label head can operate independently, such as a PCB board with four labels can be taken at the same time six, stick four other two left for the next PCB board, but also can control the suction of only four labels. This equipment has been modified several times by us, the production of dozens of units, has formed the factory standard specifications. The parts are complete and editable, each place has been verified, if you need to modify the proposal only for minor changes.
