Automatic loading and magnetizing machine function introduction.
Vibrating plate loading, through vertical module shift gripping, with horizontal module shift, to achieve alternate loading and unloading of products at both ends, to improve production efficiency.
Scope of application.
By changing the vibrating plate & channel & pick-up suction head can be adapted to a variety of products.
Structure:
1. Vibrating plate feeding mechanism: through the two vibrating plates to achieve the function of feeding on both sides.
2. Carrier handling mechanism: through the module drive two cylinder movement to achieve the loading and unloading of the product handling action.
3. Gripping mechanism: through the cylinder downward movement below the block recovery makes the magnetic column close to the product to achieve the role of feeding, when unloading the block open to achieve the role of unloading.
4. Direct vibrating mechanism: The rear of the vibrating disk is connected to the direct vibrating mechanism, so as to achieve the role of buffering and linear long-distance feeding of materials.
5. Receiving mechanism: Through the groove, the magnetized finished material is stuck.
6. Downward pressing magnetizing mechanism: The cylinder drives the press head to press the product and energize it to complete magnetization.
7. Horizontal handling mechanism: The module drives the product to complete the role of carrying the left and right materials to the magnetizing position.
Process flow.
Step 1: material loading through vibration plate and direct vibration mechanism
Step 2: The right side carrier handling mechanism is shifted to the top of the straight material path, and the material is picked up by the cylinder moving down and the block moving up.
Step 3: The carrier handling mechanism is shifted to the top of the transverse handling mechanism, and the unmagnetized material is placed into the carrier by the cylinder moving down and the block moving down.
Step 4: The lateral handling mechanism is shifted to the left side to carry the material to the bottom of the lower pressure magnetizer.
Step 5: The lower pressure magnetizer presses the material through the cylinder and energizes it to complete magnetization.
Step 6: In step 5, the previously magnetized product is pushed to the left side under the carrier handling mechanism.
Step 7: The left side carrier handling mechanism is used to load the left side materials and unload the magnetized products.
Step 8: The lateral handling mechanism moves the magnetized products to the right side under the right carrier handling mechanism
Step 9: The carrier handling mechanism moves the magnetized material to the receiving device, while the unmagnetized material is loaded.
