Main features
1. Pressure precision control: PLC+PT+electrical proportional valve+low friction cylinder to achieve high-precision pressure closed-loop control;
2. Upper disk damping device: dynamic and static are suitable for vibration damping elastic connection;
3. Precision transmission system: high-precision small gap full gear transmission;
4. Lower disk support: high-precision plane fluid bearing support, large bearing capacity, smooth operation, maintenance-free;
5. The inner and outer gears adopt pin gear transmission, which prolongs the service life of the carrier and facilitates maintenance, and can also adopt involute gear transmission;
6.Transmission system: three motors are synchronously dragged, and the speed of the upper disc, lower disc, gear ring and sun wheel (i.e. positive rotation and reverse rotation) can be set arbitrarily, with recipe function.
