It can test the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of large hexagonal head high-strength bolt connection pair (M12-30) and torsion-shear high-strength bolt pair (M16-30), and automatically calculate the average value and standard deviation of torque coefficient of a group of bolt pairs. It has the display and printing function of each main index. The test process realizes automatic loading, when the shaft force reaches the value specified in the standard, the tester beeps and records the test data, the equipment automatically stops loading and automatically reverses and loosens the specimen after staying for 1 second, meanwhile the tester automatically calculates the torque coefficient and displays it according to the detected shaft force and torque; when a group of tests is done the tester automatically calculates the average shaft force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N specimens. When a group of test is done, the tester automatically calculates the average shaft force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N specimens; the control system can update and store 32 groups of data in a cycle and read and print them at any time.
