The design of the basket type rape transplanter should firstly understand the market situation and development status of rape transplanter, analyze its design significance, demand, key technology and development prospect. Secondly, we analyze the working principle of the hanging basket rape transplanter, and conduct functional analysis and functional solution. Then the functional solution method is evaluated, and the final design scheme is derived with the structure of double parallelogram mechanism eccentric turntable, chain and bevel gear drive, and helical adjustment. Next is the parameter calculation and detailed structural design of the hanging basket rape transplanter, including the parameters and structure of the parts such as the planting part of the basket, the mulching part, the transmission part, and the adjusting part. Finally, Solidworks 3D design software is used to build the solid model of the parts and assembly model of the basket rape transplanter. The design is compact and tractor-drawn, which can greatly improve the efficiency of rape transplanting and reduce labor intensity.
