Automatic Vacuum Coating Machine SolidWorks, 3D Exported
Small coating machine mainly consists of coating tank and sublimation heater Vacuum coating machine mainly refers to a class of coating that needs to be carried out under high vacuum, including many kinds of specific types, including vacuum ion evaporation, magnetron sputtering, MBE molecular beam epitaxy, PLD laser sputtering deposition and many others. The main idea is to divide into two types of evaporation and sputtering.
The material to be coated is called the substrate and the material to be coated is called the target. The substrate and the target are in the same vacuum cavity.
Evaporation coating generally involves heating the target material so that the surface components are evaporated in the form of atomic clusters or ions. It is deposited on the surface of the substrate and forms a thin film through a film formation process (scattering – island structure – wandering structure – layer growth). For sputtering type coating, it can be simply understood that the target is bombarded with electrons or high-energy laser and the surface components are sputtered out in the form of atomic clusters or ions and eventually deposited on the surface of the substrate, which undergoes a film-forming process and eventually forms a thin film.
