A tram is a light rail vehicle that is powered by electricity and runs on rails. A tram is a form of public transportation, also known as a road tram or simply a tram, and is a type of light rail (an electrically powered train, also known as a tram). However, they usually run entirely on the street and have only a single section, or at most three sections.
