Rig Design Model For Production SolidWorks
A production drill design model refers to a machine tool that primarily uses a drill to machine a hole in a workpiece. Usually the drill bit rotates as the main motion and the axial movement of the drill bit is the feed motion. Drilling machine structure is simple, processing accuracy is relatively low, can drill through holes, blind holes, change special tools, can be reamed, countersinking, reaming or tapping and other processing. The workpiece does not move during machining, allowing the tool to move, aligning the center of the tool with the center of the hole and rotating the tool (main motion). The drilling machine is characterized by the fact that the workpiece is fixed and the tool makes a rotary movement and feeds in the direction of the main axis, and the operation can be manual or motorized.
