Radio test line equipment is to change the manual loading and unloading action in the process of M8 Radio test to the conveyor line + automation mechanism to implement, so as to implement the automatic operation of M8 Radio test station, saving labor, improving efficiency and reducing the production line footprint.

M8 Radio products are transported to the fixed area in front of the test station through the transit box, and then manually loaded: the products are put into the trays of the conveyor line, and the trays flow with the products on the temporary storage line for 1 hour (the trays are designed with anti-dull function to prevent the products from being placed backwards), after the trays are transported out of the temporary storage area, they pass STEP1, STEP2, STEP3 testing, STEP4 laser After the pallets are transported out of the staging area, they are inspected by STEP1, STEP2 and STEP3, laser-engraved by STEP4, and barcoded by STEP5 manually, and collected and put into the corresponding empty Tray of Pass and Fail. All 5 stations of the test line should be read by infrared.
