This model is a pen hanging dispensing and pressing assembly equipment. After the bottom mold of the pen barrel is dispensed on the dispensing machine, it is pressed on the pressing machine until the glue is dry and solid while using vacuum to extract the volatile glue gas to prevent pollution of the operating environment.
The upper pressure structure adopts spring cushion pressing to prevent overpressure and injury to the pen barrel, and also to ensure the balance of pressing.
PLC and touch screen control can be applied to different pressing time, 6 groups of cylinders are lined up for continuous pressing, when the first group of cylinders are pressed, the second group of cylinders can continue to be operated to press.
