PCB Jig Chain Track Body SolidWorks

The prototype model of PCB fixture chain track line body is designed and drawn by SW2012. The design principle is to use the stepping motor to drive the sprocket, the sprocket drives the chain to rotate, and the chain drives the PCB fixture above to move; the chain line body can be adjusted by hand wheel rotation of the inner gear size, the maximum size of the applicable fixture is 450450mm; the model mainly includes linear bearings, T-screw, 6B-1 chain, hand wheel, sprocket and other commercially available parts.
