Dryland Rice Transplanter (AutoCAD, CreoProE), 3D Exported

The specification is based on the design of the dryland rice transplanter, with the goal of full automation for the requirements of Chinese herbal medicine planting, and decomposes the dryland rice transplanter into five modules: automatic seedling dividing system, seedling delivery system, transplanting system, suppression and watering system, and power system, and gradually completes the structure design, 3D modeling, assembly and forming, and motion simulation. Finally, in order to achieve the tractor dragging forward, the plate bowl seedling automatically divided into seedlings on the seedling, seedlings zero speed difference into the soil, seedling planting depth, row spacing, plant spacing adjustable, seedling spacing stable not affected by the speed of the vehicle, mulching and intermittent watering and other functions. The instruction manual has designed more than 20 kinds of mechanisms, including the seedling clamping device in the automatic seedling dividing system, the disc bowl feeding mechanism, the long-stroke reciprocating mechanism, the seedling lifting mechanism, the intermittent seedling transfer mechanism in the seedling transfer system, the intermittent seedling dispensing mechanism, the “zero” speed transplanting mechanism in the transplanting system, the duckbill automatic opening mechanism, the variable speed mechanism in the power system, the pressure mechanism, and the intermittent watering mechanism. The strength of the key parts of the main mechanism was also checked. Simulation experiments show that the device can effectively meet the process requirements of growing herbs in dry land.
