Equipment process:

1. Manually put the parts into the vibrating plate

2. Send the parts out of the dividing mechanism by direct vibration;

3. Left and right dividing cylinders move the misalignment mechanism to send the parts into the left and right punching machines for positioning and drilling respectively;

4. Automatically unload the parts after completion and take them out manually; Automatic line contains equipment: 1 set of vibrating plate, 2 sets of punching machines, 1 set of frame, 1 set of misalignment mechanism, 2 sets of pushing and positioning mechanism.
