The working principle of the apricot kernel remover: The kernel remover is driven by the electric motor, and after the reducer is decelerated, the power is output to the crank linkage mechanism to drive the kernel remover to do up and down reciprocating motion and cooperate with the apricot disc which does circular motion to realize the uninterrupted kernel remover. Firstly, the motor rotates and drives the input shaft of the worm gear reducer, and after it is decelerated, the output shafts at both ends of the reducer are delivered to the crank linkage mechanism and the coupling in the same form of motion respectively. The output shaft of one end of the reducer is connected to the crank linkage mechanism, and then the kernel removal mechanism (kernel punching rod and apricot unloading rod) is driven by the linkage to do up and down reciprocating linear movement, and the downward movement completes the function of kernel punching and unloading of apricot fruit. The output shaft of the other end of the reducer is connected with the coupling and conveyed to the bevel gear through the coupling. After the vertical transmission motion form of the bevel gear, the paddle rotates and then the paddle pivots the groove wheel, while the apricot disc coaxial with the groove wheel realizes intermittent rotation under the drive of the groove wheel, which achieves the effect of positioning and conveying the apricot disc. Through the cooperation of these two forms of movement, the purpose of removing apricot kernels is completely realized, i.e. when the de-nucleating mechanism is ready to execute the work downward, the apricot disc is just in a stationary state, completing the work of punching and unloading, and the apricot fruit after de-nucleating falls from the apricot outlet slot, while the kernels fall from the outlet slot, completing the collection work of apricot kernel separation. When the kernel removal mechanism is ready to move upward, the apricot disc turns an angle (60) at the same time, and so on and so forth.
