Two-Level Staggered Parking Device Creo(ProE), AutoCAD
This is a mechanical design innovation competition work, the internal contains design instructions, the overall three-dimensional modeling, software version for Preo 5.0, part of the parts CAD drawings, CAD version for the 2014 version . The control system controls the electric actuator to drive the linkage mechanism to do the arc movement, so as to realize the lifting and lowering of the car-carrying platform. If obstacles are encountered during the lifting process, the emergency stop mechanism will be activated to force the lifting to stop, and the lifting will continue when there are no obstacles. The use of lateral lifting mechanism can effectively solve the problem of the existing small three-dimensional garage a car not out of the second car can not be down; servo control two garage is always in the vertical state, so that the lifting system is more stable; in case of obstacles emergency stop device design, effectively avoid the hidden safety risks; garage automatic recovery system, greatly improving the efficiency of access to the car.
