DCB Module Splitter SolidWorks
DCB module splitter design uses double X modules for loading, and the fixed jig uses suction cups to suck the modules, so that the modules can be fixed separately after splitting, without interfering with the next module cutting.
This machine uses 2 sets of X Y Z modules to divide and unload the material respectively, and to divide the scrap and defective products by AOI, which is worth learning from.
