LAV-25 Armored Vehicle SolidWorks, 3D Exported
LAV-25 armored vehicle (English: Light Armored Vehicle-25 ), is a wheeled infantry fighting vehicle developed in 1980, according to the LAV light armored vehicle outline, for the newly formed Rapid Deployment Force of the United States. The vehicle development by the U.S. Army and Marine Corps jointly responsible for the implementation of the proposed tactical technical specifications to meet the requirements of both sides. 1981, there are seven companies of eight proposals to participate in the tender, of which three of the four models participated in the 1982 competitive comparison test. 1982 September, the U.S. Army officially announced that the Canadian General Motors Diesel Division’s proposal won the bid, and the company to provide the Piranha (Piranha) wheeled armored vehicle (8??8) named the LAV-25 armored vehicle.
